Spinnlers Point, Best known for NOT having a PPL Project Line, Allows owners full ownership right to the water edge and is not subject to the PPL Buffer. Way back in the day when PPL was purchasing the 100 properties it needed to build the lake for hydro electric power, the Spinnler family refused to sell to PPL so all of the property lines in Spinnlers Point go right to the shore line.
